PKMNC - BW Cartoon Event - Hidey-Ho, Baeset!

Oh my! It seems that the entire town of Pokette has been enchanted once again! This time, all the townsfolk have turned into black & white oldies cartoons! I wonder who's behind this craziness this time?

Let me tell you, drawing in a different style like this was very interesting, but very fun! I used Felix the Cat as a reference, in case that wasn't obvious, but I also have a bit of Minnie Mouse references for some of Baeset's clothes.

I decided to go with the frilly shorts/panties(?) instead of a skirt, since this looked cuter. I went with a hat instead of a HUGE bow, since Baeset's ears would have blocked most of the bow anyway, and I gave her some gloves. I may tweak her look a little for any future B&W drawings.

I think I'm going to like this event since this seems pretty easy to draw, so maybe I could churn a few more of these out rather quickly. We will see about that! >p
