PERSONALITY:
_{Being a untamed, ocean-raised manaphy, Cipacipā is a wild child that loves to do whatever she wants, when she wants. She tends to float in a hyperactive manner while acting mischievous or annoying. If she could speak comprehensible words, she would probably run her mouth all the time as well. Cipacipā's the type that enjoys pushing others' buttons in order to get a reaction from them, even if it's negative. She's also very proud, seeing herself as a super cool and strong pokemon and definitely is self-aware of her legendary status. Because of this, she tends to act like a spoiled brat that deserves the best of everything, but she is getting better. Originally, she snubbed everyone around her, since they weren't legendaries. As of late, Cipacipā's managed to warm up towards certain pokemon, like Bæset, Felix and NeoSquid, due to their kindness and/or amusing factors.}

HISTORY:
_{Cipacipā used to be a part of a huge school of manaphy that appeared on Faraway Island during the great pirate and mermon feud of 2015. She had no idea why she was there, but given the freedom her family gave her (I.E.: they didn't care and let their kids do whatever they wanted), Cipacipā just surfed along carelessly through the waters surrounding the pirate ships and castle. If this manaphy knew of the dangers, she didn't seem to bother at all, as she would tease both the pirates and mermons at a constant, steal food and pretty trinkets, and cut dangling lines for the lulz. However one day, as she was playing around one of the loose pirate nets, she happened to get trapped in one herself, one that she couldn't blast, cut, or bite through. Then, when all hope seemed lost, she saw a weird, purple catfish swimming towards her, who managed to free the manaphy from her bonds. Before she could express her gratitude or swim away, the catfish whisked her away to some grotto in the sunken castle. Cipacipā didn't like this, but figured maybe it was a place to lie low in until all those weird nets disappeared.

Once the ocean waters began to recede, Cipacipā found herself being unable to leave and join up with the rest of her family. The catfish, now cat... thing had kidnapped her! How dare she! It's not like the cat had any idea that this manaphy had a family. She just figured Cipacipā was lost and lonely and would have liked to come home with her. Sure, the new home for Cipacipā was nice and spacious and she could have all the food and toys she ever wanted, and she wouldn't have to be hunted down by hungry sharpedos or dumb pirates ever again, but still!! This place was stupid! This was not her beautiful ocean! This was not her beautiful family! So, Cipacipā asked herself, 'Well, how did I get here?' (Wait...) decided to escape and there was nothing any of the other pokemon could do to stop her! Strangely, she would make it to the ocean line and just stop and gaze out at the open sea as if she were scared of the water, or was waiting for something. She would do this day after day until it threatened to get dark and then returned to the cat... thing's house. The cat... thing, as she came to know as Bæset, would always find her camped outside her door, curled up and shivering in a ball if the purrloin failed to find her on the beach in the daylight, and... she would always take Cipacipā back in. Trust was slowly beginning to build inside the manaphy as she allowed herself to stick around the house and take part in more activities with her new family every day.

Cipacipā's still not completely tamed and has much to learn and understand about this strange, dry world she currently lives in, Hopefully, she will become sufficiently happy and comfortable with her surroundings and with the pokemon around her. Who knows? Maybe if Bæset ever learns about her lost family, the purrloin would surely be kind enough to set her free. But, would the manaphy wish to go back after all this? Time will tell...}

MOVESET:

_{- Bubble Beam - A strong special move where the user sprays powerful bubbles forcefully at the target. Has a 10% chance of lowering the opponent's speed by one stage!
Cipacipā takes a deep breath and creates a lot of foam and pressure inside her mouth before spitting a large amount of bubbles at whatever's attacking her.
- Rain Dance^{^TM} - A non-damaging status move where the user summons storm clouds, which cause a heavy rain to fall for five turns. This powers up water-type moves.
Cipacipā's antenna orbs glow a soft green as she does a cute little dance. Before you know it, clouds will form and start to rain no matter where she is at the time... including indoors.
(Out of Battle Uses) - Cipacipā can unintentionally use this move if she becomes extremely sad or angry. If angry, lightning can sometimes appear.
- Dazzling Gleam^{^TM} - A powerful special move where the user attacks by emitting a blinding, mystical flash from somewhere on its body.
Cipacipā's antenna orbs and belly gems begin to glow softly and alluringly. Once she's sure her opponent is watching, she lets loose with a blinding flash of light that even causes extreme pain and burns on her offender's skin.
- Skill Swap^{^Tutor} - A non-damaging status move where the user employs its psychic power to exchange its ability with that of the target's and vice versa.
Cipacipā giggles and swirls around her victim as her antenna orbs glow a soft red. Then, her antenna whip into her target's head, removes its memory of its ability, and switches it with her own ability memory.
(Out of Battle Uses) - Cipacipā is too young to know Heart Swap, so she practices with this move instead, in preparation for Heart Swap. If there's a pokemon nearby which she thinks might have an interesting ability, she'll swap it with her own at her leisure. She doesn't mean anything sinister or naughty, she's just testing and playing around.}

EXTRA QUIRKS AND FACTS:
_{~ Cipacipā is Hindu for gummy, as in gummy candy.
~ Being a fresh-caught manaphy, Cipacipā has not imprinted on Bæset as a typical egg-hatched manaphy would. Because of this, she doesn't always follow orders and sometimes throws tantrums like a child if she doesn't get her way.
~ Unlike a fresh-caught manaphy, Cipacipā isn't very destructive nor as rebellious as she could be. This is because Bæset has the unorthodox method of allowing her to go out to the ocean side whenever Cipacipā feels like it. The added freedom gives the manaphy more trust and respect for the purrloin.
~ Cipacipā is best buds and partner in crime with Felix, Bæset's pet caterpie. She's more likely to do mischievous and rebellious things when they're paired together.
~ During one of her ocean trips, she bumped into another manaphy named Dasani and the two of them became fast friends. It's possible he may be Cipacipā's cousin.
~ She thinks Iblis is boring and a suck-up! And stupid!
~ Cipacipā is afraid of the dark, but is too proud to admit it.
~ She loves the colors pink and red.
~ Cipacipā may be a hoarder, as she's bad for finding things on the beach and stashing them somewhere at home. Mostly, it's things like seashells, but even sticks, seaweed, fish bones, dead sea creatures and garbage like tin cans are fair game for her.}

Man, Cipacipa looks like a cutie with a trickster personality. (The stink eye gave it away.) I also love the red ribbon she's wearing.

Mama Baeset must be so proud.
